Do first impressions really matter?

They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression but tell me, how far does first impression matter?

Have you seen some people who are living proof that first impressions can be so wrong? I have, and trust me, the cover of a book can be soooo misleading!

First impressions does have a impact if you want to show a person the true side of u and the true side of the work you do. but when it comes to books ? hmmm i don't know

I think they work most of the time... Take few examples of your own & you'd realise...

Works for me

Have you realized just how many wrong people are being recruited due to false first impressions?

A candidate will genearlly perform (act) for a role (i know i did): the recruitor, should recruit the better actor who will continue to act the role (which i plan to); it is difficult, guess that is why they now move on to more quantitave tests rather than rely on qualitative test.

First impressions..well, stars are useful to navigate at night (other than poya days), but a gps is better during the afternoon...
